Terms and Conditions
Times Monsoon Auto Carnival Bangalore 2025- LUCKY DRAW’ (Lucky Draw/Draw) is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&C”), which may be updated by Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (“BCCL”) having its Registered Office at The Times of India Building, Dr. D. N. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, Corporate Office at 9-10, Express Building, Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, New Delhi - 110 102 and a Branch Office at 5th Floor The square, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru - 560001, from time to time, without prior notice to the Participant (as defined hereafter).
For the purpose of this Draw, the term “Participant” shall mean an individual who fulfils the participation criteria and participates in the Draw in accordance to this T&C. The Participant confirms to have read and fully understood the T&C at
https://timesautocarnival.com/ The Participant agrees that he/she is entering into the Lucky Draw at his/her sole discretion and free will . The participation or registration in the Lucky Draw shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of the T&C by the Participant. The Participant is advised to peruse these T&C for any updates and in case of any disagreement with the T & C, .the Participant is advised not to participate in the Draw.
Entry Submission and Eligibility
- Participation window – 17th July 2025 to 27th July 2025 (“Draw Date”)
- No entry fees or any other consideration is required to participate in the Lucky Draw and the Draw is being organised as a customer engagement initiative.
- The Participant must be of 18 years of age as on the date of participation in the Draw.

The Lucky Draw is valid for Indian residents only who does an on spot booking of a car at the Carnival Location.
- The Lucky Draw shall be conducted in the following manner:
- Visitor/s to the Carnival who desires to book a car of their choice with any of the participating Partners/Brands/Dealers on spot shall on booking and meeting other conditions of the respective Partners/Brands/Dealers shall be entitled for a coupon.
- The coupons complete in all respects with the details of the Buyer/Purchaser will be collected in a Drop Box for the lucky draw.
- Selection of the winner is based upon the lucky draw of those Buyer/Purchaser whose coupon numbers match the randomly selected numbers.
- Payment details of the participant / buyer is mandatory to acknowledge the winning entries to the draw. Winners will have to share their Name, permanent address, Income Tax PAN, Phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by BCCL and it is to be understood that the Prizes will be given to the Winner only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents.
- The Participant successfully registering with the required details correctly will be selected randomly through computer generated technique to win the prize/gift voucher, and the winners will be intimated through SMS, WhatsApp or email. Registration does not guarantee that the Participant will win a prize/gift voucher.
- All such documents received shall remain the property of BCCL.

- Number of prizes shall be solely decided by BCCL at its sole discretion basis the minimum number of coupons required for the purposes of the draw . If no Participants are found to be worthy of inclusion by BCCL, the prizes may be cancelled. The decision of BCCL in this regard will be final and non-contestable. BCCL will not entertain any queries in this regard whatsoever.
- In case of receiving multiple entries with the same mobile number for the draw, the first successful/qualified entry will be eligible to win the prize/gift voucher.
- BCCL will accept no responsibility for those coupons which may for any reason whatsoever are mutilated, damaged or lost or not traceable.
- BCCL would announce the Winner by publishing their details in BCCL’s Publication, which shall be at the sole discretion of BCCL. The Winner shall also be intimated at their correspondence address available with BCCL. Decision of the Management of BCCL is final and no correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
- Only one attempt will be made to contact the Winner at the given Address/Telephone/Mobile number available with BCCL, whereafter the claim shall lapse unconditionally and irrevocably without further notice at the sole discretion of BCCL, and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever on the Prize.
- Winner shall collect the Prize with their identification proof and the relevant documents at the place, time date as may be conveyed by BCCL.
- The Prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne solely by the Winner and paid for by the Winner. The Prize would be delivered/ handed over to the Winner on proper identification and verification and also providing proof of payment of all applicable taxes and levies.
- The features of the product, colour, other specifications displayed in the newspapers or the website may defer from the actual prize. BCCL will not be responsible for any change in product or its specification.
- A Participant may be disqualified if there is any conflict with the sponsor, even if this is identified at any point of time during/after the Draw.
- If the Participant is found to have plagiarized any aspect of his/her entry or any information provided by the Participant is found to be incorrect, such entries will be disqualified.
- BCCL provides the prize at "as is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize and BCCL or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the Product and Service Liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service given as the prize or any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. All such claims and grievances shall lie directly with the sponsors of said Prize.
- In case any winner refuses to accept the prize/gift voucher decided for him/her, his participation in the Draw will be declared null and void. Prizes/gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for their value in cash or for other prizes/gift vouchers. Each Prize/gift voucher may have a validity period and the same can be redeemed with the respective sponsors within such validity period as mentioned on the prize/gift voucher. Further, any charge over and above the stated prize/gift voucher shall have to be borne by the Participant themselves including without limitation travelling, prize/gift voucher collection/delivery charges etc.
- The prize(s) /gift voucher(s) are non-transferable.
- The Participant acknowledges and agrees that each respective voucher may have additional terms which shall apply at the time of redemption and that he/she shall be bound by the same.
- The Participant shall be solely liable for any other expenses related to the acceptance/use of the prize/gift voucher or participation in the Draw. All/any Government taxes on prize/gift voucher (as applicable), shall be borne by the winner(s) and all deductions, such as tax deduction at source (“TDS”), wherever applicable, shall be made by BCCL in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 or winner shall pay to BCCL such amount.
- BCCL shall not be responsible for:
- any delivery, failures relating to the sending or receiving emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages;
- any spam generated messages as a result of the Participant accessing the website;
- any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and
- Other conditions/situations or failures beyond its control.
Other Terms
- The Participant agrees that, he/she will participate in any promotional activities or material, without additional payment or permission, as requested by BCCL. Subject to applicable laws, Participant hereby grants BCCL, by participating in the Draw and/or accepting a prize/gift voucher, the right to use, in perpetuity the Participant’s information as may be provided by the Participant, publish and display Participant’s picture, voice, video, statements, quotes which may be adapted, edited or modified, as solely determined by BCCL for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without notification or approval, all without any additional consideration.
- The Participant voluntarily agrees to submit the required documents and personal information to participate in the Draw. Participant voluntarily consents and permits BCCL to use any personal information that the Participant provides in accordance with applicable laws for the purposes of this Draw and for any marketing or other purposes. BCCL may also share such information(s) with its affiliates, its service providers and agents for the purpose of this Draw. The information may also be used by BCCL for:
- recommending various products or services including those of third parties
- dealing with requests, enquiries and complaints and Participant related activities
- marketing products and services and its analysis
- abiding with laws and law enforcement / regulatory requests
- BCCL reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Draw and/or the terms & conditions/technical parameters/prize/gift voucher without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so. However, any changes to the terms & conditions/technical parameters or cancellation of the Draw, will be updated/posted on website https://timesautocarnival.com/ It would be the exclusive responsibility of the Participant alone to keep themselves informed as to any changes in the terms & conditions/technical parameters/evaluation criteria stated for this Draw.
- Entries for the Draw received beyond the Draw Date as stated above, shall be rejected. Further, incomplete entries or entries where the prescribed format for sending the entry has not been followed shall also be rejected. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
- BCCL will in no event be liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential arising out of the Draw or use of the prize(s) /gift voucher(s) given through the Draw or use of the information shared by the Participant. In the event any disclaimer is held invalid, the liability of BCCL under this Draw shall not exceed the value of lowest single prize/gift voucher.
- The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold BCCL and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any third party actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Participant may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of participation in the Draw, or related to the prize/gift, or the voucher in any manner whatsoever.
- This Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, differences and/or any other matters in relation and arising out of this Draw and/or pertaining to the rules and regulations of this Draw shall be adjudicated by a competent court of law.
- All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.

- Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by BCCL to conduct further or other schemes.
- Offers and promotions on vehicle bookings are extended solely by the respective participating dealers. The Times of India (BCCL) is not responsible for such offers or their fulfillment.
